Ingredients

  • 10 peach (s)
  • 600 g onion (s), red
  • 300 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 500 g suar, brown
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Quarter, core, peel the peaches and cut into small cubes. Peel the onions and cut into fine cubes.
  2. Put the peaches, onions, sugar, vinegar and spices in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Skim and boil for about 1 1/2 hours. Pour everything into clean glasses while still hot, close immediately and turn upside down.
  3. The chutney will keep for at least 1 year.
