Ingredients

  • 8 handfuls vegetables and mushrooms, mixed colors *
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), chopped
  • 4 tablespoon oyster sauce, possibly more

  • 100 g shrimp (s), cleaned ready to cook, OR:
  • 100 g minced meat OR:
  • 100 g tofu, cut into small pieces, OR:
  • 100 g fish fillet (s), cut into small pieces, OR:

Instructions

  1. The vegetables should be cut thicker or thinner depending on the cooking time, i.e. carrots in thin slices and cabbage a little finer. Leave the tomatoes, mushrooms or spring onions quite large.
  2. Heat the oil, fry the garlic and onions in it. If you want to eat the dish with meat or fish, you can now add it to the pan and let it fry until it is just about done. Now add the vegetables and the oyster sauce and let the vegetables collapse while stirring. This takes about 3 to 5 minutes. Now season to taste and possibly add a little more oyster sauce.
  3. * Tomatoes, carrots, various types of cabbage, beans, sugar snap peas, broccoli, etc.
