Prepare a marinade with oil, salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar, paprika, pineapple juice, soy sauce and a little cayenne pepper. Mix well, let stand a little and season to taste. Brush the meat with it and roast in the preheated grill for about 15 to 30 minutes. Brush with the sauce every now and then. Then remove the meat, turn it over and cut into it about 1 cm apart. Put 1 pineapple slice in each incision.
Brush with sauce again and grill for another 20 minutes. When serving, add the remaining sauce and pineapple juice as well as a little water to make up to 1/2 liter of liquid in the meat stock. Stir in the gravy and serve separately with the meat.
With potato dumplings and salad.
