Instructions

Cut the pineapple pulp into very small cubes and distribute between 2 long drink glasses.
Put the pineapple juice and the lime juice with the cane sugar and the gin in a shaker and shake vigorously for about 1 minute until the sugar has dissolved. Put the ice cubes in the glasses and fill up with the pineapple sour.
Serve decorated with a cocktail cherry and a lime wedge if you like.
