Ingredients
- 1 small bread (s), round
- 6 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 50 g mozzarella, rated
- 3 slices salami, large
- 1 red pepper (s), diced

- Cut a lid off the top of the bread and remove the crumb. Spread the tomato sauce in the bread and fill the bread with some cheese. Spread half of the salami on the cheese and place the diced pepper on top. Cover again with some cheese. Put the bread lid on and wrap the whole loaf tightly in aluminum foil. Use a board and a heavy object to weigh it down for 30 minutes.
- Then unpack, place the remaining cheese and salami on top of the bread lid and place the Pizza Bread Bowl in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
