Pizza “Minute”

The Minutka pizza is an excellent dish for bachelors, students and lazy people 🙂 The Minutka pizza is prepared literally in no time, but its taste can hardly be distinguished from an ordinary pizza. The simplest recipe.

Ingredients
- Egg – 2 Pieces
- Mayonnaise – 4 Tbsp. spoons
- Sour cream – 4 Art. spoons
- Flour – 9 Art. spoons
- Cheese – 150 Grams
- Sausage – 100 Grams
- Tomato – 1 Piece
- Salt – – To taste
Directions
- Mix flour, sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs and salt in a bowl.
- Mix well. The consistency of the resulting dough should resemble low-fat sour cream.
- Put a frying pan on medium heat, lightly grease with oil. Pour the dough into a frying pan, immediately spread the filling on top – grated cheese, chopped sausage, tomatoes, etc. The top layer should be cheese. If you wish, so that the pizza does not turn out dry, you can also smear the top layer with a net of mayonnaise.
- Cook for about 3 minutes without a lid, then reduce the heat to low, cover the pan with a lid and cook until the cheese is melted. Once the cheese is melted, the pizza is ready.
- The Minutka pizza is ready!
