Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Mix all ingredients in a bowl slowly at first and then stir together at the highest level for 3 minutes. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake on the middle rack for 25 minutes.
I let the cake cool down and in the meantime melted couverture with fat (palmin or butter) over a water bath until everything is smooth and liquid. I used it to glaze the cold cake. You have to let the glaze cool down again.
Then you can put any motif made of paper on the cake and cut the contours with a very sharp knife (I used a box knife). The contours scratched into the cake can then be traced with a sugar stick.
Then I mixed powdered sugar (approx. 1 - 2 tablespoons) with water (approx. 1 teaspoon). This frosting can then be colored with food coloring. With that I then neatly painted all the fields.
The cake is super easy - it takes a bit more to paint, but give it a try, you just have to be patient.
