Ingredients
- 360 g flour
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 200 g milk
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg (s)
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 10 olives, without stone in rings
- 120 g salami, spicy in one piece (e.. chorizo)
- 120 g cheese, rated
- 5 tomato (s), dried in oil
- 3 pinches herbs from Provence

- Put the flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl. Add egg, milk and oil and work into a dough. Set aside, covered. If necessary, cut the olives a little smaller, the salami / chorizo and tomatoes into cubes. Add everything with about half of the cheese to the dough and knead it again. Divide into six, possibly eight, pieces and shape into balls on a work surface dusted with flour. Put these in floured muffin tins and let rise a little more. (Depending on the size of the mold, the mass also results in more portions!) Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and bake in the oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for a good 20 minutes. The pizza muffins taste warm and cold. Tip: Don`t like salami? Then create your favorite pizza muffins according to your own taste! As with a pizza, you can easily vary the ingredients. Ham & pineapple and tuna & onions are very popular alternatives, and the muffins also taste great when completely vegetarian! Good Appetite!
