Pizza on Beer Dough

I really like to cook beer dough for pizza. Yes, it is slightly different from the classic one. But he prepares very quickly, since he does not need to stand and lie down. I cook such a pizza when I urgently need to cook something tasty for gatherings with friends, or when I just want a delicious hot pizza.

Cook: 1 hour 30 minutes

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • Light beer – 0.5 l
  • Flour – 6 glasses
  • Sugar – 2 teaspoon
  • Salt – 2 pinches
  • Vegetable oil – 5 tbsp + for greasing parchment

For filling:

  • Ketchup – 4 tbsp
  • Champignon mushrooms – 150 g
  • Sausage – 150 g
  • Cheese – 100 g
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Fresh greens – 4-6 branches
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Mix flour with sugar and 2 pinches of salt.
  2. Pour in beer and 5 tbsp oils.
  3. Knead the pizza dough with your hands. It should be soft, not clogged with flour. Set the beer dough aside for now.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into slices or semicircles.
  5. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
  6. Onions – in quarter rings.
  7. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the sausage into circles (I got 14 circles).
  8. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, grease it with oil. Spread half of the dough with your hands on a baking sheet, forming a round pizza base. I don’t like homemade rectangular pizzas. Pizza should be pizza!
  9. Lubricate the base with half of the ketchup.
  10. Lay out the sausage.
  11. Then – tomatoes.
  12. Add onions.
  13. Distribute the mushrooms. You can add a little salt.
  14. Place the homemade pizza in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
  15. Sprinkle the cheese over the pizza and bake for another 10 minutes.
  16. Chop the greens.
  17. Sprinkle the finished beer dough pizza with fresh herbs.
  18. The pizza with mushrooms and sausage is ready.
  19. Bake a second beer dough pizza in the same way.
  20. Cut your homemade pizza into portions. I recommend cutting each pizza into 8 pieces.
