Ingredients

  • 5 slices sausage (plockwurst), thick
  • 4 bread (s), (black bread)
  • 100 g butter
  • 4 egg (s)
  • some pepper
  • a bit salt
  • 250 g pickled cucumber (s)

Instructions

  1. Brush the bread slices well with butter, place the plock sausage slices firmly on top, preferably one more slice.
  2. Heat the remaining butter in a pan, briefly fry the thickly sandwiched sausage sandwiches with the sausage side in the pan. Take out and keep warm.
  3. Now fry the eggs in the same pan.
  4. Arrange the fried eggs on the bread, season and serve with the pickles.
