Pork Beef Stroganoff with Cream

Delicate pieces of pork meat are stewed in heavy cream, the result is the famous beef stroganoff! The dish is served with a side dish, usually mashed potatoes, buckwheat or rice.

Cook: 40 mins

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients

  • Pork – 800 Grams
  • Onion – 1.5 Pieces
  • Cream – 100 Milliliters (fatty)
  • Flour – 3 Art. spoons
  • Adjika dry – 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – To taste
  • Salt – To taste

Directions

  1. Cut the pork into thin strips, cut the onion into half rings. Fry the meat in vegetable oil, then add the onion and fry for another 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the cream with flour and add to the meat. Mix everything thoroughly. Salt and other spices to taste.
  3. Simmer over low heat, covered, about 10 minutes.
  4. Done!
