Pork Brizol

Ingredients

  • Minced pork – 400 g
  • Chicken egg – 4 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – how much will it take
  • Flour – how much will it take
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Twist the pork through a meat grinder twice, put in a bowl, add salt, red and black pepper. Also, add 1 egg to the minced meat. Mix well. Make 4 balls from the minced meat obtained.
  2. Break 1 egg into a plate, add salt, pepper and beat lightly with a fork – this will be the basis for the brizoli.
  3. Sprinkle a chopping board with flour, put a ball of meat and flatten it with your hand, lightly pressing on the ball. The size of the meat cake should be slightly less than the dia of the pan, the thickness should be 4-5 mm.
  4. Heat a frying pan and pour vegetable oil so that the oil is 0.5 cm in the pan. Pour the beaten egg out, gently spreading it over the entire pan. When the egg has lightly set, gently transfer the meat cake and place it directly on the egg layer. Cover and reduce heat to prevent the egg from burning. Fry pork brizol until golden brown for 5 minutes.
  5. When the egg is fried, gently turn the brizol over with a spatula and fry on the second side, also under the lid. Fry other brizols in the same way. Serve pork brizol with garnish or vegetables.
