Pork Chops in Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredients

  • Pork chops – 5 pcs.
  • Gorgonzola cheese – 300 g
  • Milk – 200 ml
  • Walnuts – 7 pcs.
  • Salt
  • Parsley, dill (dried or fresh)
  • Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Cut the pork into slices and beat slightly. Fry in vegetable oil. Salt.
  2. Add pieces of gorgonzola cheese to the pan. Melt the cheese.
  3. Add milk and stir the sauce. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Add chopped walnuts and dry (or fresh) herbs. Put out another 5 minutes. If the sauce is very thick, you can add a drop of milk.
  5. Serve garnished with half a nut.
