- 3 egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 100 ml oil, boiling
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ black pepper
- possibly cayenne pepper

- Peel the potatoes and grate them either by hand or with the help of a food processor. Peel the onion and grate with the potatoes (also use a food processor).
- Heat the oil.
- Put all ingredients in a bowl, mix together and finally add the hot oil - it will simmer a little.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Place the potato mixture on a baking sheet (preferably the drip pan) and then bake for an hour at the specified temperature until the batter is golden brown.
- Take it out and let it cool down a bit, otherwise it will come out as a porridge.
- Serve warm.
- Can be cooled completely and then warmed up later (this is how you traditionally eat it) and is a great accompaniment to all meat.
- Tip: I always brown the onions before they go into the potato batter.
