Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s)
- 0.5 ½ gr. Can (s) beans, green (princess beans)
- 1 kg minced meat
- 2 cups cream
- 5 onion (s)
- 125 g bacon, diced (e.. Katenschinken)
- some Milk
- 1 bag cheese, grated
- Garlic
- salt and pepper
- oil

- Peel the potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces and cook until cooked.
- Peel the onions, chop them finely and fry them in a large pan in a little oil. Add the bacon and fry with it. Put half of it in a small saucepan, top up with cream and a little milk and simmer a little over a low flame as a sauce.
- Add the minced meat to the pan with the rest of the bacon and onion mixture, fry until crispy and season with salt and pepper. Then place in a baking dish, layer the beans on top, then place the potatoes on top. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and pour over the casserole.
- Sprinkle the cheese over it and bake the casserole in the oven at 180 degrees until the cheese has melted and is slightly brown.
