Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 750 g beans, reen
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 small clove garlic (more if necessary)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 medium tomato (s)
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • salt
  • Pepper, black
  • Fat for the shape
  • some thyme, dried

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cook in water for about 20 minutes.
  2. Clean, wash and break the green beans if necessary. Cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes.
  3. Now peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat in it for about 5 minutes until crumbly. Add onion and garlic cubes and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drain and drain the green beans. Rinse the potatoes, peel and cut into thick slices. Clean, wash and cut the tomatoes into large pieces.
  5. Put the minced meat in a large greased baking dish. Mix the potatoes, beans and tomatoes and spread on top. Crumble the cheese and mix with the cream. Season with thyme, salt and pepper. Spread the cheese mixture over the casserole.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C, gas: level 3) for approx. 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
