Ingredients

  • 200 g potato (s)
  • 30 g butter
  • 150 g carrot (s)
  • 100 g bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • Thyme, marjoram or oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 250 g feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the potato cubes over a medium heat for approx. 10 minutes while turning.
  2. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices, halve the paprika, clean, wash and cut into bite-sized cubes. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into small rings.
  3. Add the vegetables to the potatoes and fry again for about 15 minutes, turning every now and then. Season heartily with the herbs, salt and pepper.
  4. Wash and halve the tomatoes, add to the potato pan and heat in it. Cut the feta into bite-sized pieces and mix under the potato pan for serving.
  5. 260 Kcal per serving.
