Ingredients
- 500 g potato (s)
- 0.5 ½ head iceberg lettuce
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 2 apples, sour
- 2 onions)
- 1 can corn
- 2 tablespoon apple juice, naturally cloudy
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
- 5 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoon vinegar, e.g. herb vinegar or wine vinegar
- possibly herbs, e.g. parsley, or dill

- Wash the potatoes and cover with water and cook for 25-30 minutes. Drain and peel while warm.
- Slice the potatoes and place in a large bowl.
- Cut the iceberg lettuce and the cucumber into small pieces. Peel, quarter and cut the apples into small slices. Peel and cut the onion. Drain the corn kernels.
- Add all ingredients to the potatoes.
- Mix the vinegar with the lemon juice, apple juice, mustard, salt, pepper and the sugar. Add the oil while stirring.
- Pour the sauce over the salad ingredients and mix everything well.
- Let it steep for 2-3 hours, season to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning.
