- 2 medium onion (s)
- 5 clove (s) garlic
- 250 g arlic sausae (chorizo)
- 1 kg potato (s) (waxy)
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon broth (instant)
- parsley
- salt and pepper

- Peel and finely dice onions and garlic. Also cut the sausage into small pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan or roaster. Fry the onions, garlic and chorizo while stirring. Add the potatoes and the last two spoons of oil. Fry everything and deglaze with 1/2 liter of water. Now stir in the broth, bring to the boil and then simmer openly for about 25 minutes.
- Wash the parsley, cut into small pieces and add to the potato pot. Finally, season everything with salt and pepper.
