Ingredients
- 8 herring fillet (s)
- 1 kg potato (s)
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
For the dressing:
- 1 apple
- 500 ml natural yogurt
- 500 ml Sylter Style dressing
- Herbs, fresh or frozen
- salt and pepper

- Clean the spring onions, cut into thin slices and set aside.
- For the dressing:
- Wash the apple, cut into small cubes and mix with the yogurt and dressing in a bowl. Add the herbs of your choice and season with salt and pepper.
- Tip:
- If you like, you can also add sour cucumber, I don`t like that very much.
- Cook the jacket potatoes.
- Arrange herring and jacket potatoes on plates. Pour the dressing and spring onions over herring and potatoes and let it taste good.
- A cool blonde goes best with this!
