Ingredients
- 8 large jacket potato (s)
- 5 medium egg (s), cooked
- 4 medium gherkin (s), cut into small pieces
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
- spring onion (noun)
- 150 ml mayonnaise
- some salt and pepper

- Peel the jacket potatoes and eggs, cut into slices. Chop the spring onions (amount to taste, I`ll use about 4 - 5 pieces).
- Mix all ingredients together. Add the pickles and a drained can of mushrooms. Salt, pepper and mix with mayonnaise.
