Ingredients

  • 225 g butter, soft
  • 150 g suar, brown
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 2 g e (s)
  • 95 g custard powder (vanilla flavor), instant
  • 140 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • possibly cinnamon
  • 280 g oat flakes (melted flakes)
  • 200 g raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Stir the butter until creamy, gradually stir in the two types of sugar and mix well. Stir in eggs one by one, whisking in well after each addition. Add pudding powder and possibly cinnamon and stir well. Mix the flour and baking soda and slowly add to the butter mixture while stirring. Mix in the melted flakes and raisins.
  3. Place teaspoons at a distance of approx. 5 cm on ungreased baking sheets and bake for approx. 10 minutes. Place on a rack to cool.
  4. Makes approx. 66 pieces.
  5. Shelf life: approx. 5 days.
