Ingredients

  • 60 g Parma ham (or other air-dried), mild, otherwise only 40
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 6 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 small clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • some thyme
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 point puff pastry, roll from the refrigerated shelf
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Very lightly oil a muffin tin, cut circles out of the puff pastry (diameter approx. 1 cm larger) and place loosely in the indentations. (Makes 8 pieces).
  2. Cut all ingredients into small cubes (tomatoes without seeds) and mix well together.
  3. Fill into the molds (up to 1 cm below the edge) and bake in the oven, middle bar, 180 degrees / convection, for about 25 minutes.
