Ingredients

  • 750 g pumpkin (se)
  • 250 g mano (s)
  • 3 bell pepper (s)
  • 10 chilli pepper (s)
  • 200 g suar, brown
  • 80 g iner, fresher
  • 8 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon clove powder

Instructions

  1. Grate the pumpkin, puree the mango, grate the ginger, cut 2 chili peppers into small pieces. Cook all ingredients over a low flame for about 45 minutes.
  2. Remove the 8 whole chili peppers after cooking. Mix everything again lightly with the hand blender (not too much to keep small pieces of pumpkin in the chutney).
