  • 500 g quark
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 packs baking powder

  • 50 g butter
  • 60 g suar
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients except for the egg yolk with your hands to form a dough. If the dough is still sticky, add a little more flour. Put the dough in a greased or parchment-lined bread pan and brush with the egg yolk.
  2. Bake at 180-200 ° C for about 1 hour.
