Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 25 g suar
- 1 ½ pack vanilla sugar, real
- 25 g butter, very soft
- 1 egg (s)
- 20 g whole wheat flour
- 60 g whole spelled semolina
- 50 g milk
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ baking powder
- maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon oil for frying

- Separate the egg. Beat the egg whites. Beat the butter and egg yolks until frothy. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar and keep stirring. Add the milk and quark and keep stirring. Fold in the egg whites, semolina and flour with the baking powder.
- Heat up a pan with fat and fry small pancakes. Turn once. Transfer to a plate and serve with maple syrup if desired.
