Ingredients
For the sprinkles:

For the dough:
- 3 egg (s)

- 100 g butter, soft
- 200 g flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 50 ml apple juice

- First mix the flour, almonds, sugar and cinnamon for the crumble. Add the butter in pieces and work everything into sprinkles with your fingers or a hand mixer.
- Put something into the fridge.
- Peel, quarter, core and slice the apples. Put aside.
- Cover a baking sheet with baking paper, preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
