Ingredients
- 150 g spelled, freshly round
- 50 g wheat flour, 5
- 2 tablespoon polenta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, virgin
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 15 g bakin powder
- 2 tablespoon grains, mixed (linseed, sunflower, pumpkin, poppy seeds)
- 120 ml water

- Knead all the ingredients into a dough and form 4 small rolls from them and flatten them a little. Heat a coated frying pan over a medium flame, put the flatbreads in the pan and bake / fry on each side for about 12 minutes on the lowest flame with the lid closed until they have turned light brown.
- I cook with a gas stove, so I cannot give any information about any other heat source.
