Yeast – 13 Grams (pressed)
Milk – 250 Milliliters
Sugar – 4 Tbsp. spoons
Salt – 1 Pinch
Vegetable oil – 4 Art. spoons
Raisins – 50 Grams
Wheat flour – 450-500 grams
Directions
Prepare the required ingredients.
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. Leave it in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
Rinse the raisins and soak in cold water.
After the time has passed, add the egg to the yeast mixture and mix well.
Add some of the flour, stir with a spoon.
Pour in the remaining flour, add vegetable oil. Knead with a spoon, when it becomes difficult to mix, knead with your hands.
The finished dough should be soft, pliable and not sticky to your hands. Round it up. Place in oiled bowl. Cover with a towel and leave to rise for 1.5 hours in a warm place.
Over time, the dough will noticeably increase in volume.
Transfer the dough to a work surface and roll it into a layer 0.5 cm thick.
