Ingredients
- 150 g cheese, Emmentaler or Gouda
- 100 g ham
- 100 g salami
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 0.5 ½ cup natural yogurt
- 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
- 4 rolls, bread rolls or toast

- Grate the Emmentaler or Gouda. Chop the ham and salami into small cubes. Wash, core and dice the peppers.
- Mix the natural yoghurt and the sour cream well. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Mix everything.
- Cut open the bars and spread evenly over each half. Place the coated bars on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
- As I said, you can also use souls, toast or sandwich bread or something else.
