Ingredients

  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 40 g suar, brown
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g butter
  • 250 ml milk and something to brush on
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 200 g raisins
  • 100 g almond (s), chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and yeast. Add sugar, eggs, melted butter, lukewarm milk and salt. Knead for 5 minutes at the highest level, then add the almonds and raisins and knead briefly. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  2. Grease a loaf pan (30 cm long), pour in the dough and let rise again for 30 minutes. Brush with milk and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
