Ingredients
- 220 g turkey breast, skinless
- 200 g bell pepper (s), red or yellow
- 160 g mushrooms
- 60 g onion (s)
- 80 g feta cheese, liht
- salt and pepper
- Chili powder

- Rinse turkey, pat dry and cut into 0.5 cm wide strips. Combine the strips into a plate, pepper and sprinkle with chilli.
- Dice the onion and sauté in a pan without fat until translucent.
- Quarter the mushrooms and add to the onions. Cut the peppers into fine strips and add them to the pan. Remove from the pan and distribute the turkey strips in the pan. Steam for 1 minute, turn and season with salt. Add the vegetables and continue steaming. Dice the feta and add it.
- When the feta starts to melt, serve.
