  • 1 cup rice pudding with cinnamon, 200 g (finished product)
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 30 ml milk
  • 150 g plums

Instructions

  1. Wash the plums, stone them and cut them into very small pieces. Mix the rice pudding with the cream, vanilla sugar, egg yolk, milk and plums in a mixing bowl. Then put everything in the ice cream machine and turn it on.
