Ingredients

For the ground:

  • 375 ml biscuit (s) (chocolate chip biscuits, e.g. Oreo), crushed
  • 50 ml butter, melted

For the filling:

  • 1 kg cream cheese
  • 300 ml sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 1 vanilla pod, the pulp it
  • 125 g chocolate, dark, melted and cooled
  • 250 ml walnuts, chopped and roasted
  • 250 ml marshmallow (s), quartered

For decoration:

  • 125 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 50 ml walnuts, chopped and roasted
  • 50 ml marshmallow (s), quartered
  • Melt 60 g dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix the biscuits with the melted butter and make a batter. Press this on the bottom of a 26 mm mold and chill.
  2. For the filling, whip the cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl until creamy. Mix in the eggs one by one. Stir in the sour cream and vanilla pulp and then stir in the cooled chocolate. Fold in the walnuts and marshmallows.
  3. Put the mixture on the base and bake on the middle rack at 180 ° C for about 55 - 65 minutes. Let the cake cool for about 2 hours before decorating and chill for 5 hours.
  4. To garnish, whip the cream with the sugar until stiff. Put on top of the cake and decorate with walnuts and marshmallows as desired. Sprinkle with the liquid chocolate.
