Rocky Road Cookies

Rocky Road is an incredibly delicious no-bake cookie. Light bitterness of chocolate, delicate marshmallows, crunchy cookies – you will fall in love with this dessert. Words cannot convey how delicious Rocky Road is. Cooking!

Directions

Grind shortbread cookies.
Add chopped nuts and chopped marshmallows to the liver.
Two types of chocolate and butter must be melted in a water bath.
Add the melted chocolate to the other ingredients and mix well.
Cover the form with cling film and put the resulting mass there. We level it well and send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Cut the frozen mass into pieces. Rocky Road can be dusted with powdered sugar or decorated with colorful icing.
