  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • 2 tablespoon oil, (sunflower oil)
  • 1 small shallot (s), very finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, very finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the natural yoghurt with lemon juice and whip with the oil. Stir in shallot and chives, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and cayenne pepper and stir everything well.
