Salad with Fish, Avocado, Tomatoes and Cucumber

Salad with fish, avocado, and fresh vegetables is prepared right before serving.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- Butter – 15 g (1 tablespoon. L.)
- Onions (finely chopped) – 1/2 pc.
- Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
- Smoked salmon (broken into pieces) – 230 g
- Fresh cilantro (finely chopped) – 30 g (2 tablespoon. L.)
- Fresh tomatoes (peeled and finely chopped) – 2 pcs.
- Fresh lemon juice – 1 tbsp + 1 teaspoon.
- Avocado – 2 pcs.
- Cucumber – 1/2 pc.
- Green chili pepper – 1 pc.
- Tomatoes (sliced) – 2 pcs.
- Salt and black pepper to taste
How to make the fish salad:
Directions
- Heat butter in a large skillet, pour onion and mustard seeds into a preheated skillet, fry over high heat, stirring occasionally until onion is brown.
- Add fish, chopped cilantro, tomatoes, and lemon juice to the pan cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 2-3 minutes. Remove the pan from the stove and let the contents cool.
- Meanwhile, cut the avocado into thin slices, the cucumber into thin slices, place the vegetables on a serving plate, and drizzle with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to keep the color of the avocado.
- Peel the chili and chop finely. Put the tomato slices on the same plate and sprinkle them with chili.
- Put the contents of the pan in the middle of the plate.
