Salad with Sausage, Canned Green Peas, Corn and Eggs

A simple to insanity salad! Delicious, hearty, made from available ingredients. Salad with sausage, canned green peas, corn and eggs can be prepared for a festive table or homemade dinner. In just a few minutes, a delicious salad will be ready, and your family will not have to wait long for an appetizing snack.

Ingredients

  • Semi-smoked sausage – 100 g
  • Canned corn – 100 g
  • Canned green peas – 100 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 50 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper (optional) – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients. 15-20 minutes before cooking, open the jars of canned corn and peas, fold in a colander and drain all the liquid. Mayonnaise, if desired, can be prepared at home. Choose the sausage to your taste.
  2. Be sure to rinse eggs with warm water before boiling. Dip the eggs in a saucepan of cold, salted water and heat. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. Transfer the eggs to cold water for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Peel the eggs and cut into small cubes.
  4. Place the sliced ​​eggs, canned green peas, and canned corn in a salad bowl.
  5. Peel the sausage, cut into small cubes. Add the sausage to the salad bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Salt the salad to taste and season with mayonnaise. Adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your liking. You can add a little black pepper. Stir.
  7. Salad with sausage, canned green peas, corn and eggs is ready. Serve directly to the table.
