Zucchini, Egg, and Green Peas Appetizer

We offer you a snack dish, a basic ingredient that is an outdated zucchini. Zucchini with eggs and green peas are cooked in a pan.

Ingredients

  • Young zucchini (small) – 1 pc.
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Green peas (canned) – 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 25 ml
  • Fresh dill – 2 branches
  • Seasoning universal – 2 pinches
  • Dried garlic – 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. We wash the zucchini, do not peel the peel. Cut the zucchini into slices about 3-5 mm thick.
  2. Transfer the chopped zucchini to a bowl. Salt, add spices (dried garlic and universal seasoning from dried vegetables and herbs are used). Mix the ingredients.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. We spread the zucchini in one layer.
    Turn over in 5 minutes.
  4. While the zucchini is roasting, prepare the egg filling. Break eggs into a bowl. Add mayonnaise. Salt, add chopped dill.
  5. Beat the egg whisk ingredients. Pour the mass into the pan to the zucchini. Next, layout the green peas.
  6. Cover the pan with a lid. We are waiting for the egg mass to set. Zucchini, eggs, and green peas appetizer is ready.
  7. Serve a zucchini appetizer to the table. Enjoy your meal!
