Ingredients

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 packet pizza dough, square
  • 1 cup cream cheese with horseradish
  • 1 egg yolk
  • some condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Roll out the pizza dough and brush generously with the horseradish cream cheese. There might still be some residue left over. Leave approx. 2 cm of the edge free at the narrow end.
  2. Now distribute the salmon evenly on the cream cheese.
  3. Loosely roll up the pizza dough starting from the narrow side and cut into approx. 2 - 3 cm thick slices. Place these slices on one side of the cut on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Mix the egg yolk with a few drops of condensed milk and brush the top and sides of the slices with it.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 20 - 25 minutes.
  6. Tastes best warm, but is also easy to prepare and can be integrated cold as finger food in a party buffet.
