First of all, let’s do the “spread” for the sandwiches. To do this, rinse the fresh cucumber, dry it and cut into small cubes. Do not cut the peel from the cucumber.
The next ingredient is crab sticks. We take them out of the package. Grind in the same way as a cucumber – into cubes. We transport the crab sticks to a bowl of cucumbers.
And grate the processed cheese. (For best results, it is advisable to place the cheese in the freezer for 10-20 minutes before grating.) The processed cheese will act as a binder due to its soft structure.

Add the ingredients in a bowl to taste, season with mayonnaise.
Cut the loaf into slices.
