Ingredients
- 500 g potato (s), thinly sliced
- 300 ml milk
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 1 can sauerkraut
- 1 onion (s), chopped
- 200 g minced meat, mixed
- 150 g feta cheese
- 1 bay leaf
- Paprika powder
- Caraway seed
- salt and pepper

- Cook the potato slices with milk, whipped cream, bay leaf and ½ teaspoon salt for about 10 minutes.
- Fry the minced meat with onion and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Then fold in the sauerkraut and caraway seeds.
- Layer the potatoes and sauerkraut and minced meat mixture in a baking dish and pour the milk and cream mixture over them. Sprinkle the whole with the crumbled feta cheese and put in the oven.
- Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 to 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
