Ingredients

  • 50 g leek, cut into rins
  • 600 g veetable onion (s), cut into rins
  • broth, instant
  • 4 cups cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Sauce thickener or roux
  • 4 sausages

Instructions

  1. Fry the sausages in a hot pan with melted butter. Take out and sweat the onion rings in them. Now add the leek and fry with it. Deglaze with the cream and simmer for about 10 minutes. If necessary, thicken with a sauce thickener or roux and season with broth, salt and pepper. Now add the sausages again and heat them up.
  2. Serve with potatoes or mashed potatoes.
