  • 4 pork schnitzel
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Beat the schnitzel and season with a little salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Mix the flour, egg, oil, milk, water and the remaining salt into a dough, pull the schnitzel through the dough and fry until golden in the oil.
  3. Potato salad tastes good with it.
  4. Have fun cooking and enjoy your meal!
