Ingredients
- 4 pork schnitzel
- salt
- pepper
- 8 slices pineapple
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 cups cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 2 packs sauce (cream sauce)
- soy sauce
- rice

- Halve the schnitzel and season, place in the baking dish and top with pineapple and mushrooms. Prepare a sauce from the remaining ingredients and pour over the schnitzel.
- Bake at 200 degrees (Celsius) for one hour, serve with rice.
- Tip: You can also replace the pineapple slices with canned peaches.
