Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini into cubes and fry in a little oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the sucuk into small pieces and fry them separately until crispy.
  3. In the meantime, whisk the eggs with the spices. As soon as the zucchini are done, pour the eggs over them and let them set.
  4. Arrange the scrambled eggs and sucuk side by side on a plate.
  5. A perfect combination for an extensive breakfast.
