Ingredients

  • 100 g mararine
  • 125 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • g 1,000 quark, low-fat quark (20%)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 6 tablespoon semolina
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 50 g raisins, (marinated in rum)
  • 1 teaspoon rum

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites into snow (with a pinch of salt). Mix all other ingredients together and finally fold in the egg whites.
  2. Put the whole thing in a greased springform pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 60-70 minutes.
  3. Loosen the cake at the edge with a knife and let it cool down in the tin before turning it out.
