Shrimp Sandwiches

An original and very easy-to-prepare appetizer will suit any table. You can decorate with herbs.

Ingredients

  • Shrimps – 250 g
  • Celery stalk (finely chopped) – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 1/4 cup
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Spicy sauce
  • White bread (thinly sliced) – 12 slices

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups water to a boil. Pour the shrimps into boiling water, cook for 1 minute. Place cooked shrimp on a paper towel.
  2. Place the shrimp with celery in a food processor or blender with knives and grind. Add mayonnaise, salt, and hot sauce. Grind well.
  3. Cut out hearts from bread with metal molds. Grease each with the resulting mixture, cover with a second layer of bread. Serve immediately or chilled.
