Rinse the chicken pieces and pat dry. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into 1/2 cm wide slices. Halve the orange and also cut into slices. Wash the rosemary and shred it coarsely.
Now mix all the ingredients in a bowl with the oil and season well with the spices. Now distribute everything on a baking sheet or in a large baking dish and fry in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. From time to time to turn.
A mixed leaf salad goes well with it.
Tip: If you don`t have an orange on hand, you can also use 1-2 untreated lemons.
