  • 100 g couverture, chocolate, delicately tart
  • 6 tablespoon liqueur, coffee cream liqueur (or egg liqueur, chocolate liqueur, Cointreau, amaretto,

For decoration:

  • some whipped cream
  • Wafer rolls
  • Cocoa powder
  • Couverture
  • Grated chocolate

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the couverture and melt in the cream in a saucepan over medium heat while stirring. Do not let cook!
  2. Then take it off the stove and let it cool down - then stir in the liqueur and put it in the fridge for at least 5 hours.
  3. Beat the mixture well with the hand mixer and pour into cups. Decorate with cocoa, rasps, rolls (cappucino filling) and couverture and put back in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Serve with cream.
